We (offbeathosting.com) reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Changes will be emailed to all customers via the email account supplied upon registration.

While we respect the freedom of speech, we can not tolerate any content and or actions on our servers that infringes on the rights of other people. This includes, but is not limited to: Adult websites (pornographic content) or links to adult sites, Illegal use of any kind (according to the laws of the United States and the country you reside in), Gambling Websites (Including but not limited to Online Casinos), Copyright and/or Trademark Infringement (in ANY form), Fraud or impersonation (in ANY form), Harassment or Threats of any kind, Harm to minors, Spamming (in ANY form), and "Domain Phishing".

Also, actions that could jeopardize our server (including but not limited to: running harmful scripts, running a script that generates a large amount of server load, and mass emailing) are prohibited.

If a site is in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to terminate the account and delete all information stored with it.

Payment:

Full payment will be required before service is rendered, this includes renewals. Payment is due each anniversary following the date the account was created. Billing will continue until cancled by the customer.

If you chose to cancel your service, we will give refund for the full months left unused.

This does not apply to cancellation by offbeathosting.com due to a violation of terms.

Cancellation:

In order to cancel your account, send an email to support@offbeathosting.com with your account information and ask us to cancel the account. We must receive notice at least a week before the next billing cycle or you will be charged for an additional month.

Bandwidth:

While we hope that you have picked a plan to fit your website's needs, sometimes people misjudge how popular their site may be and do not allow themselves enough bandwidth. If you do go over your monthly bandwidth allotment, you may either chose to purchase more (you will be billed at the end of the month for the extra bandwidth used) or your site will be disabled until the next billing cycle. You may also chose to upgrade your account to a package with more bandwidth.

We discourage the hosting of large files (over the size of 10mb) but do not prohibit it. Illegal or questionable file sharing is not permitted.

Spam and email:

We will not tolerate spam (unsolicited email) or using our servers in any way related to spam or harmful activities. Doing this could lead to the termination of your account.

Content:

We do not permit: Adult websites (pornographic content) or links to adult sites, Illegal use of any kind (according to the laws of the United States and the country you reside in), Gambling Websites (Including but not limited to Online Casinos), Copyright and/or Trademark Infringement (in ANY form), Fraud or impersonation (in ANY form), Harassment or Threats of any kind, Harm to minors, Spamming (in ANY form), "Domain Phishing", running harmful scripts, running scripts that generate large amounts of server load, mass emailing, or any activity that may be deemed harmful to our server or other people.

Violation of this will lead to the termination of your account.

Backups:

A backup of our current server is done every Saturday morning. We can not guarantee any of the backup process as it is provided by the server center and not by us.

Responsibly:

OffBeatHosting.com takes no responsibly for any of the following:

The content hosted on our servers (though if it is in violation of our users agreement the account will be terminated)

Injury to person or property due to content hosted on our site.

Infringement or alleged infringement on the rights of a third party


Fraud/Merchandise/Spam/Services/etc. Sold to third party from a customer using our services.

OffBeatHosting.com will be the sole judge of who and what violates these terms.

Support:

It is your (the client's) job to know how to use the services you (the client) are purchasing. We do not offer support for stuff/things outside the services we provide (including but not limited to: web development, setting up scripts, and general computer support).

Questions about the services we offer may be emailed to support@offbeathosting.com. We will attempt to answer all questions as promptly as possible. All questions are answered in the order in which they are received.

Sales:
All sales are subject to the current availability of services.

Domains:
Ownership of one or more domains is required in order to purchase a hosting package, however it is not required that you purchase it through us. There are several companies that offer domain registration, you are free to choose whichever one you would like. The only requirement is that you are able to point your domain at our nameservers so that you can use your domain with our hosting services.
